Massage therapy helps soft tissues by treating pain and dysfunction with specific procedures and techniques for each individual patient. Massage is an all-natural and non-invasive way to help anybody with specific conditions or just relieve tension and strain.
Successful outcomes in massage are determined by two important factors: receiving treatment in-office, and following a self-care routine at home and work. In our office, the massage therapists and doctor work hand in hand to generate specific treatment plans for each patient. We strive to provide as much information and support as possible, and encourage our patients to become active and consistent in their self-care. Massage and chiropractic are powerful tools, but are merely stewards on a path to wellness. Our goal is to help you reach your wellness potential, but also to teach you the tools you can use to maintain your health.
